Of course! The FRINGE WORLD box office is set to allow only one ticket purchase at a time (as we need to know the names and contact details of every rider).
We can accommodate group bookings. Simply CONTACT US and we will send you a spreadsheet to complete with all the riders details. We will then upload your group to the FRINGE WORLD system for you.
The start/finish area is located at The Bell Tower, Barrack Square, PERTH.
The route is available HERE. The distance is approximately 65kms (with a few sneaky short-cuts).
Absolutely not!. Luminocity – Night Ride Perth is a fun, social ride and we encourage you to take your time to soak up the atmosphere of Perth and enjoy the freedom of a casual night time ride. Your ride will not be timed.
Comfortable, light-coloured clothing suitable for the weather conditions. The event is in early February and Perth usually enjoys warm balmy nights at this time of year. Keep an eye on the forecast closer to the event. Remember to #RideBright.
We suggest you ride your bike to the event. However, there is plenty of parking within the City of Perth including free on-street parking or paid parking at 24-hour car parks
Yes. Elizabeth Quay Train Station (formerly Esplanade Station) is located adjacent to Elizabeth Quay. Bicycles are permitted on trains before and after the event. Check the TRANSPERTH website for last trains on Saturday night and first trains Sunday morning.
No. Bicycling Western Australia has a no refund policy. We do, however, allow you to nominate a replacement rider (up until one week prior to the event). If you would like to nominate a replacement rider please CONTACT US. A small admin fee may apply (to non members). No changes are permitted in the week leading up to the event.
No. Pack collection will be from the event village at The Bell Tower from 10.30pm.
The choice is yours! There is no restriction to what type of bike you choose to ride provided the bike is legal to ride on the road. You must also have working lights (front and rear). Why not dress-up your bike with fairy lights and glow sticks to make you really stand out!
No. There is no age limit however, participants under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult or guardian during the event.
A detailed Rider Guide with all the details you will need will be uploaded to this site and emailed to all registered riders in the week prior to the event. Important details and changes will also be communicated to riders through email on a regular basis.
You will receive a confirmation email and receipt once your registration is successful. We will contact you leading up to the event with further information. If you do not receive an email confirmation please CONTACT US.
Yes. All BWA members and Youth Focus will be advised of the special discount promo code just before tickets go on sale on 8 December 2016. This discount is only valid until 31 December 2016. (THIS IS NOW FINISHED)
